Ultimately, Ali delivered a great video at a great price. We did have a little trouble getting aligned at first and early drafts of the video were way off. But Ali was the consummate professional and never got frustrated. He continued working with me until the video met my expectations and we will definitely work with him again.

The initial delivery had grammatical errors in it. It was delivered on time but had to be redone. After 4 days, I followed up to see when the revision would be complete. The 2 small revisions took as long as the initial project. Communication could have been better. After 3 days of not hearing anything,...
