What types of testing do you offer?
Functional, UI/UX, regression and cross-browser website and web app testing, plus penetration / security testing on the Premium package.
Do you fix the bugs too, or just report them?
Both. Every package includes a clear report with fixes for your developers. If you'd rather I fix them, add the bug-fixing extra (or order Premium) and I'll resolve minor issues directly, as long as it's in a stack I work with. Larger fixes get a quick quote.
Do you test on mobile and different browsers?
Yes. I test across Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge, and on mobile screen sizes (responsive view), including Android.
Will I get a detailed report?
Yes. You get a clear bug or vulnerability report with steps to reproduce, severity ratings, screenshots and fix suggestions.
Is the penetration testing safe and authorized?
I only test targets you own or are authorized to test, using non-destructive methods. I'll ask for written authorization and scope before starting.
Do you retest after we fix the bugs?
Yes — Standard and Premium include a free retest once your team applies the fixes.
