I need the project drawings (PDF/CAD/sketches), project location, and any special instructions about the scope or trades you want included.
Can you work with my own material and labor rates?
Yes. You can send your rates list (per unit), and I will use those. If you do not have rates, I can suggest reasonable values as a starting point.
Which types of projects do you estimate?
I mainly focus on residential projects: single family houses, extensions, additions, and interior alterations.
In which format will I receive the output?
You will receive an Excel file (and PDF if required) with clear BOQ including description, unit, quantity, and for Premium, unit rates and total cost.
Do you estimate MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)?
On request, I can include basic plumbing and simple MEP items, or provide a separate custom offer depending on the drawings.
