I will perform rnaseq dge and transcriptomic data analysis using r and deseq2
Biochemist and Systems Biology Data Analyst
Informazioni su questo servizio
Welcome! Turn your raw sequencing data into publication-ready biological insights.
Are you a researcher or biotech startup overwhelmed by RNA-Seq data? Running the code is only half the battle; understanding the biological mechanisms behind the data is what gets papers published and products validated.
As a Biochemist focusing on systems biology and immunology, I provide rigorous Differential Gene Expression (DGE) analysis. I look beyond the raw numbers to help you identify the key up- and down-regulated genes driving your biological pathways.
What This Gig Offers (RNA-Seq Pipeline):
Depending on your needs, I can handle everything from raw sequencing reads to final pathway analysis. (Please message me before ordering to discuss your experimental design and sample count!)
- Basic (The "Data Wrangler"): You provide the raw FASTQ files. I will perform Quality Control (FastQC), Trimming, Alignment (HISAT2/Bowtie2), and Quantification (featureCounts). Deliverable: A clean, structured Raw Count Matrix ready for your own downstream analysis.
- Standard (The "DGE & Visualization"): You provide the Count Matrix (or combine with the Basic package).

FAQ
Do I need to provide FASTQ files or a Count Matrix?
I can work with either! If you have raw FASTQ files, start with the Basic package to get your counts. If you already have a Count Matrix and just need the DESeq2 analysis and plots, the Standard package is exactly what you need.
How many samples does the gig price cover?
The listed package prices are baselines designed for small-to-medium pilot projects (up to 6 samples, e.g., 3 Control vs. 3 Treated). If you have a larger cohort or multiple experimental conditions, please message me for a custom offer.
What do you mean by "Biological Interpretation" in the Premium package?
Most freelancers just hand you an Excel sheet of 5,000 genes. With my background in biochemistry and molecular biology, I map those genes to biological pathways (KEGG/GO) and provide a written summary explaining what biological processes (e.g., specific immunological responses or metabolic shifts)
What information do you need from me to begin?
I will need: 1. Your data (FASTQ files or Count Matrix). 2. Your Metadata file clearly defining your sample groups (e.g., Wild Type vs. Knockout). 3. The appropriate reference genome or annotation file (GTF/GFF).
