FAQ
Why do you use Playwright instead of Selenium for browser automation?
Playwright is a modern, next-generation automation framework that is significantly faster and more reliable than Selenium. It features built-in auto-waiting, which means your script won't crash when web pages or popups load slowly, ensuring a much smoother performance.
Can your automation script handle portals that require a secure login?
Yes, absolutely! I can program the Python script to securely input your username and password, handle session cookies, and navigate past dashboard elements to reach the exact pages or download links you need to target.
Will I need to install code editor tools or look at Python code to run this?
Not at all. For Standard and Premium packages, I can configure the script to run via a simple terminal command or compile it into a standard desktop executable app. You will be able to run your browser automation with a simple double-click.
What happens if the website updates its design or changes its layout later?
Websites do change occasionally. If a major platform update breaks the script's navigation targets, simply message me. I offer post-delivery maintenance and can update your script's locators to get it running perfectly again for a small fee.
Is my login data and sensitive business information safe with you?
Your security is my absolute highest priority. I never store, save, or share any login credentials or private data you provide. Any credentials used during testing are handled with strict confidentiality and deleted immediately upon project completion.
