Messy exports, duplicate contacts, inconsistent dates, phone numbers in six formats, whatever the mess, I will standardize it. I use Python scripting for the cleanup, so accuracy doesn't drop as the row count goes up.


How it works:

  1. Send a sample of the file and tell me what clean means for you.
  2. I map what is inconsistent before touching a single row and confirm the rules with you.
  3. You get back a de-duplicated, standardized file in CSV, XLSX or Google Sheets, plus a short note on what changed.


Basic covers up to 100 rows. Standard covers up to 5,000 rows with missing data flagged and up to two files merged. Premium covers up to 10,000 rows or many files merged into one master sheet, and includes the script so you can re-run it yourself. Bigger than that? Message me and I will quote it.
