What I would say about Amir was he was open to feedback and was prepared to keep going back to get everything just how I wanted. The end result is what I was looking for. It was also a learning experience for me understanding that we all interpret information differently. I would use Amir again.

After I told Amir a second time exactly what I needed, he delivered it perfectly. If he implements the request as desired from the outset in future, then a 4 or even 5-star rating is possible.
