With this fully automated tool, your employees can process the Time-Off Requests (or Leave Requests) in following steps

1. Employees will scan a QR code to open a Google Form
2. They will enter the TOR details and employee informaiton
3. an email will be automatically sent to the employee with his TOR details with CC to manager / HR rep to make the decision.
4. Manager or HR rep will receive the request in Google Sheets in the pending requests sheet and will process it (Approved / Denied). If denied, reason for denial may also be mentioned for the employee information.
5. TOR will disappear from the pending requests sheet and will appear in main database with the decision (approved / denied)
6. After the Manager will hit the update button, employee will instantly get an email with the TOR decision made by the manager or the concerned HR rep.
7. More than one TORs can be processed at one time. Now you can process as many as 100 TORs in less than 5 minutes.
