I worked as a Senior Marketing Associate specializing in GoHighLevel (GHL), where I managed full Agency SaaS accounts from setup to scale. My role involved building complete marketing systems inside GHL that captured, nurtured, and converted leads automatically. I handled everything from product setup and funnel architecture to CRM configuration and automation workflows. This included creating high-converting sales funnels, landing pages, pipeline setups, tagging systems, automated SMS and email sequences, calendar integrations, payment integrations, membership areas, and full website builds within GHL. I managed multiple client sub-accounts, ensuring each Agency SaaS account was structured for performance, scalability, and seamless lead flow. From basic calendar setups to advanced automation logic and third-party integrations, I ensured every system was optimized to capture leads efficiently and move them through the sales pipeline with minimal manual effort. My work focused heavily on lead generation strategy, conversion optimization, workflow automation, and CRM structuring to ensure businesses didn’t just get traffic — they generated qualified leads that converted into revenue. In April 2025, I was recognized as Employee of the Month for delivering high-performance funnel builds, improving automation efficiency, and contributing to increased lead capture rates across multiple client accounts. I specialized in turning GoHighLevel into a fully automated growth engine that streamlined marketing, improved response times, and drove measurable results.
