What do you need from me to start the project?
I will need your architectural floor plan (PDF, image, or DWG file if available). If you don’t have one, a sketch with dimensions is also acceptable. The more detailed your input is, the more accurate the plumbing design will be.
What software do you use?
I use AutoCAD for all 2D plumbing drawings. All outputs are provided in DWG and PDF formats for easy use in construction and printing.
What type of projects do you accept?
I specialize in residential plumbing systems such as: Small houses Single-storey homes Multi-storey residential buildings (up to 2 floors)
What is included in your plumbing design?
Depending on your package, I provide: Water supply system layout Sanitary and drainage system Vent piping layout Complete 2D CAD drawings PDF and DWG files Isometric diagram (Premium package only)
What is your revision policy?
Revisions depend on the package: Basic: limited or 1 revision Standard: 1–2 revisions Premium: up to 3 revisions Revisions cover minor adjustments, not complete redesigns.
How do you determine pricing?
Pricing depends on the total floor area and complexity of the project: Up to 300 sq ft: Basic 300–1,200 sq ft: Standard 1,200–2,500 sq ft: Premium
What file formats will I receive?
You will receive: DWG (AutoCAD source file) PDF (ready for printing and submission)
