Worked on automotive product design and mechanical development projects, specializing in custom components, accessories, brackets, mounts, enclosures, and functional mechanical parts. Translated client concepts, sketches, measurements, reference parts, and design requirements into accurate 3D CAD models suitable for prototyping, testing, 3D printing, CNC machining, and further manufacturing. My responsibilities included creating detailed 3D models, developing individual components and assemblies, preparing manufacturing-ready designs, checking dimensions and clearances, and refining parts based on fit, function, and assembly requirements. I also worked with reverse-engineering workflows, using physical parts, measurements, photographs, and reference information to recreate accurate digital models. Throughout different projects, I focused on practical engineering considerations such as material selection, wall thickness, tolerances, fastening methods, part interfaces, assembly sequence, manufacturability, and intended production method. I prepared CAD files in commonly requested formats such as STEP, STL, IGES, and native CAD formats.
