In my previous role, I was responsible for leading end-to-end landscape development — from conceptual planning to on-site execution. I worked as a visionary planner, master planner, designer, and construction supervisor, ensuring every project met high design, sustainability, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities & Achievements: a. Led comprehensive landscape planning, master planning, and design for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. b. Integrated sustainability principles into all landscape solutions to enhance long-term environmental performance. c. Conducted R&D, site reconnaissance, and strategic benchmarking to track real estate and urban development trends relevant to company growth. d. Delivered high-level reports and design presentations to GM, Division Heads, Project Directors, and the CEO. e. Represented the landscape division in project meetings and decision-making sessions with directors and executives. f. Developed detailed BOQ and Cost Estimation (Owner Estimate) documents for landscape works. g. Prepared all administrative and technical documents for consultant tender processes. h. Participated in aanwijzing (work brief) and tender clarifications, ensuring accurate project understanding and fair evaluation. i. Reviewed and coordinated consultants’ design documents across all stages, ensuring alignment with project vision. j. Oversaw site commissioning, construction supervision, and on-site quality control for landscape implementation. k. Coordinated with cross-disciplinary teams at every project level to maintain design integrity and timely delivery. l. Managed staff resourcing, workflow deployment, and team development programs to maintain high productivity and performance. m. Created and maintained landscape master schedules and project work metrics for effective project management.
