Basically we will do the 3D renderings and any extra design work needed as I can start from a simple sketch for a floor plan all the way to fully developed architectural drawings.
First is the moodboard we will create to find the purpose of the image the mood the lighting and the textures. And then 3 stages starting with modelling and simple claymodel renders to find the right composition, then to material and lighting to land the right mood for the image and finally the finishing touches and post production. You will have full control of the image that is produced that is why I work in 3 stages so that the client is fully updated on the progress at all times.
