Excel or Power BI: which one should I choose?
Excel works well if you run a few projects and your team already lives in spreadsheets. Power BI is better with many projects, several data sources, or when managers need to see the numbers online.
Can it connect to my accounting or ERP software?
It works with Excel or CSV exports from almost any system. If you need a direct connection, send me a message before ordering so we can check it.
How is the forecast cost at completion calculated?
By default it uses actual cost to date plus the estimated cost to complete, based on progress. If you already use a different method, I’ll build it your way.
Is my data safe?
Yes. I use your data only for your project and delete it after delivery. Anonymized data or a sample works fine.
Can I keep using it after delivery?
Yes. You add new costs and hours each month, and every total, margin and alert updates automatically.
