Do you work with Jira Cloud or Data Center?
I work with Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud. If you use Jira Data Center, send me a message before ordering so we can check what’s possible.
Do I need to share my password?
No. You invite me to your Jira site as a user, and you can remove my access as soon as the order is delivered.
What permissions do you need?
To set up projects and workflows I need admin rights on the projects involved. For the Health Check, read access is enough.
Will my existing issues be affected?
I never delete issues. If a change affects work already in progress, I explain it first and apply it only after your approval.
Scrum or Kanban: which one is right for us?
It depends on how your team plans work. I’ll recommend one based on your answers, and explain why.
