Typing invoice data into Excel by hand is slow and error-prone. I extract structured data from your recurring PDF documents, such as invoices, order confirmations or delivery notes, into one clean Excel or CSV table.

Based in Germany, communication in English or German. Invoices are sensitive: your documents are handled confidentially, never shared and deleted after delivery on request.

My PDFs are scans or photos - can you help?
This gig covers text-based PDFs. Send samples anyway: I will check honestly and tell you whether reliable extraction is possible. I never promise perfect recognition on scans.
What counts as one layout?
PDFs from the same source with the same structure, typically one supplier or one template. Different suppliers usually mean different layouts; I confirm the count on your samples.
How accurate is the extraction?
Text-based PDFs extract very reliably. Where possible I cross-check totals, and uncertain values are flagged for your review instead of silently guessed.
Can we make this a monthly routine?
Yes. Premium includes a reusable routine; recurring batches can run as follow-up orders or a subscription once the first batch is approved.
What counts as a revision?
Corrections of the agreed fields on the delivered batch. New fields, new layouts or additional PDFs are new scope.
