Do we need a discovery call?
No. A written brief, screenshots and the expected result are usually enough. If a call would materially reduce risk, I will explain why, but it is not required by default.
Can you guarantee every app can be repaired in one package?
No. Codebases vary. I first reproduce the issue and confirm the safe repair scope. Complex rebuilds receive a separate custom offer.
What counts as one critical blocker?
One reproducible problem that prevents a core user flow, such as login failure, checkout or webhook failure, a broken database action, or a failed production deployment.
Do you need my passwords or secret keys?
No. Never paste passwords, API keys or secret tokens in chat. After ordering, use least-privilege project or repository invitations and platform environment-variable controls.
Can you rebuild the whole product?
Yes, when appropriate. A full rebuild is quoted separately after the paid audit so scope, risk and delivery are clear.
