What information do I need to provide to get started?
Please send your exact product dimensions (Length × Width × Height in mm or inches), quantity of products per display (e.g., 12, 24, 36 units), display type (counter PDQ, shelf PDQ, dump bin), logo (vector AI/EPS preferred), brand colors (CMYK/HEX), and any text or graphics
What is a PDQ display and do you include perforation lines?
PDQ stands for "Pretty Darn Quick" or "Product Display Quickly." It's a pre-packed display box that allows retailers to stock your product quickly without manual placement. Yes! All my PDQ dielines include perforation lines for easy tear-off of the header card or front panel,
What file formats will I receive, and are they print-ready?
You will receive print-ready PDF and editable AI (Adobe Illustrator) source files with all fonts outlined. DXF files are included for die-cutting machine compatibility. Depending on your package, you may also get EPS, SVG, PNG, and JPG formats. All files are set to CMYK color mode at 300 DPI
What cardboard material and GSM do you recommend for PDQ displays?
For counter PDQ displays (smaller, lightweight products), I recommend 300–350 GSM SBS (Solid Bleached Sulfate) or CUQ (Coated Unbleached Kraft) cardboard. For shelf PDQ displays or heavier products, 350–400 GSM cardboard or E-flute corrugated (1.5mm thickness)
Will this dieline work with my display manufacturer's equipment?
My dielines are built to industry standards for folding cartons and PDQ displays, including proper glue tabs, fold lines, perforation specs, and bleed zones. Files are delivered in AI, PDF, and DXF formats
