Prime responsibilities start from Raw Material Planning to Final Dispatch of Material within scheduled Project Timeline. Subsidiary roles to accomplish prime responsibilities are listed below:  Study Drawings, BOM, QAP & PO of Finalized Scheduled Projects.  Discussion with Marketing Team, Clients regarding special requirements & Timeline as per PO.  Perform a detailed analysis over Finalized drawings and check the scope of Tooling & Machinery Requirement.  Drafting the Required Tooling in AutoCad/Solidworks and forward to Purchase Team to Order the Tools.  Prepare Dashboard for Raw Material Requirement, Manufacturing Locations, Machine Allocations and Timelines Priority Wise for Completion of Project, which meets the Client Requirement.  Intimate Production & Quality Department Regarding RM, Machine Allocations Priority Wise for Scheduled Project.  Handling Client/Third Party Inspection.  Ensuring RM inspection, production & final inspection are done within planned time limit & further proceed for dispatches with MDCC at all production lines/units.  Monitoring day to day Production and identify scope of improvement if Required.  MIS-Reporting of Physical Stock, RM Inward, Production & Dispatches Monthly.  Analyse material wastage % at each production stage- Slitting, Roll forming, Punching, Drilling, Welding & Packing. Which helps Production/Quality/Maintenance department for area to focus for improvement and increase efficiency of Machines & Manpower and Increase productivity with rejection and scrap control.  Performing detail analysis of Project after completion of project and identifying scope of of improvement for next scheduled project.  Site visit against complaints.
