What 3D file formats do you accept?
I work with OBJ, FBX, MAX, 3DS, and SKP files. If you're unsure about your format, send me a message before ordering and I'll confirm compatibility. In most cases it's not a problem.
What if my model needs cleaning or fixing?
Minor mesh issues I'll handle as part of the process. If the model needs significant repair or retopology, I'll let you know upfront and we can discuss options — either an add-on or you provide a cleaner file.
What's the difference between a white background shot and a lifestyle scene?
White background shots are clean, catalogue-style images — product on a neutral background, ideal for e-commerce and spec sheets. A lifestyle scene places your product in a styled interior environment, which works better for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand presentation.
What does the 360 spin video include?
The 360 spin is a turntable animation — your product rotating on a neutral background. You receive the rendered video file plus 24 individual frames as a ZIP archive, which can be used for interactive 360 viewers on your website.
Can you match specific material properties — gloss, texture, roughness?
Yes. Material accuracy is actually my speciality — I come from architectural visualization where tile, marble, wood, and metal need to look exactly right. Send me material references, manufacturer specs, or physical samples photographed in natural light.
Do you offer commercial usage rights?
Yes — all delivered renders are yours to use commercially with no restrictions. You can use them for listings, catalogues, social media, print, and client presentations.
