As an Event Experiential Manager at Juni Drink, I supported the planning, development, and execution of experiential events and brand-focused activations, helping translate brand objectives into engaging in-person experiences. My role involved coordinating multiple aspects of event execution, including creative concepts, production planning, vendor communication, venue coordination, timelines, logistics, branded elements, guest experience, and on-site support. I worked across the different stages of an event, from initial planning and creative development through production and final execution. A key part of my experience was ensuring that physical event elements were aligned with the brand identity and overall guest journey. This included coordinating custom installations, signage, backdrops, décor, furniture and other experiential elements while working with production partners and vendors to maintain quality, timing, and budget expectations. I also supported the coordination of event logistics, production schedules, installation requirements, vendor deliverables, and last-minute adjustments that naturally arise during live events. This experience strengthened my ability to manage several moving parts simultaneously while maintaining a strong focus on visual execution, brand consistency, organization, and guest experience. It also gave me practical experience working at the intersection of experiential marketing, event production, creative direction, vendor management, and physical brand execution — skills I now apply to custom event fabrication, branded buildouts, activations, backdrops, installations, and event production projects.
