I worked with a commercial real estate client to automate their lead follow-up and email campaign process using GHL webhooks, Instantly, and Make.com. My role involved building workflow automations, managing CRM integrations, and optimizing lead communication systems to improve efficiency and conversion rates. With experience as a Project Manager at HPP Architects and a Leasing & Collections Virtual Assistant in Real Estate, I have developed strong skills in workflow management, client coordination, and process optimization. I have also worked on automation-focused projects that required attention to detail, problem-solving, and system integration. One challenge in this project was ensuring leads were removed from the correct campaigns based on their CRM stage. Initially, some contacts remained in campaigns after responding or were removed too early. I resolved this by refining the workflow logic, testing webhook triggers, and implementing conditional automation rules. The result was a smoother lead management system that reduced repetitive tasks, improved campaign organization, and allowed the sales team to focus more on closing deals and managing qualified leads effectively.
