  2. Define: understanding the problem statement and the possible solution of the problem using the data from user research.
  3. Ideation: After defining the phase we will move to the Ideation phase where we will create Userflow and wireframes
  4. Design and Prototype: Once we create wireframes we move to the visual design phase where the final design of the website and mobile app will be created.
