I am a dedicated architectural professional with strong experience in architectural drafting, 3D modeling, visualization, and permit drawing preparation. Over the course of my professional career, I have worked in a value engineering–focused environment where efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effective design solutions are essential. My experience includes collaborating with engineers, contractors, and project managers to translate conceptual ideas into detailed construction documentation and high-quality visual presentations. Working within a value engineering company has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of balancing design quality with project budget and constructability. My work primarily focuses on preparing detailed drawings, producing realistic 3D models, creating visualizations for client presentations, and assisting in the development of permit drawings required for regulatory approvals. Throughout my professional journey, I have gained hands-on experience with residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. My role involves transforming architectural concepts into technically accurate drawings that can be used for construction, permitting, and project coordination.

Their understand of basic requests such as - "please make the ceilings X feet high, finished" - did not exist. I feel as if they drastically over-sold their capabilities in our on-boarding conversation.
