If you want to waste your time, money and energy, contact them. Dont bother sending instruction or guidelines, because they simply wont follow them. The work delivered was completely inaccurate. Poor communication. Avoid if you need good work.

Their understand of basic requests such as - "please make the ceilings X feet high, finished" - did not exist. I feel as if they drastically over-sold their capabilities in our on-boarding conversation.
