I draw/Redraw the 2D Color Floor Plans for many of Clients or Real Estate Agents in Auto Cad with Accuracy and Quality Assurance in both units (Imperial & Metric).

If you need to a perfect Color Floor Plane of your Build house Plot or you want to show your house to Client and you don't have any Drawing of your house then you don't worry about this you just need to get dimensions of all rooms of your house and draw the free hand sketch and send me then I will draw a perfect Floor Plan to you for your House.

Colors on rooms will be filled according to your choice. You can Chose your color from my gig's image

The plane will be send in JPEG with (3100-4000 pixels) /PDF and source file in Dwg format.

Plane may be small or Large Butt if the sketch is more than 3200sft / 297sqm then I will charge extra for this Plan.

I'll accept any modification/Amendments without any charges
