I provide customer support for Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Etsy and WooCommerce stores. I can assist with customer enquiries, order management, shipping and delivery issues, disputes, chargebacks, returns, and full or partial refunds according to your policies.
What working hours and time zones do you cover?
I offer flexible customer support hours and can work across different time zones. Before starting, we will agree on the schedule, response-time expectations and required coverage. Weekend and extended-hour support may also be arranged based on availability.
Which languages do you support?
I provide professional customer support primarily in English. I can also handle written email and chat support in Spanish, French and Dutch using client-approved templates and translation tools. Phone support is currently available in English only.
Can you support businesses outside the industries listed in your gig?
