With a strong background in entrepreneurship and event management, I led the creation and activation of both a women’s and men’s beauty salon within the Dreamville area at Tomorrowland Brasil 2025. The project was designed to provide premium braid, makeup, and haircut services to festival attendees, creating an elevated experience inside one of the world’s largest music festivals. I was responsible for the full strategic development, structuring, and operation of the space, including: • Concept development and brand positioning • Recruitment and management of specialized professionals • Contract negotiations and partnership management • Financial planning and procurement control • Operational and logistical structuring • Coordination of setup and full on-site execution during the event I worked in direct alignment with the festival’s production team to ensure operational excellence, seamless flow, and a high standard of service delivery. The result was a fully structured, highly sought-after beauty space that enhanced the Dreamville experience while strengthening brand presence within the event.
