In my role, my responsibilities focused on the visual management of all the elements that made up the brand identity. This ranged from curating social media and designing point-of-purchase (P.O.P.) materials to designing and maintaining our web platforms. One of the projects I enjoyed the most was, without a doubt, the complete redesign of the company’s website. I had the opportunity to work side by side with the programming team in a very enriching collaboration where we jointly focused on three fundamental pillars: flawless functionality, an intuitive and enjoyable user experience, and a modern, clean, and timeless aesthetic that would stand the test of time and faithfully reflect the essence of the brand. Another project I’m deeply proud of was developing the entire visual identity for the company’s anniversary conference, an event that garnered significant national attention. On this occasion, I took on the challenge of creating the event’s complete visual identity: from designing the logo and creating promotional materials to developing an exclusive landing page for the conference. I was also in charge of designing the tickets, banners, the event mascot, and all the graphic elements that brought the experience to life. Additionally, I had the opportunity to actively collaborate on the event’s logistics and protocol, which gave me a comprehensive understanding of how design and organization go hand in hand.

At this stage, my work centered on creating graphic material for a wide variety of the agency’s clients, with a primary focus on social media design. My goal was clear: to produce visual pieces that would not only grab attention but also generate genuine engagement and connect authentically with each audience. Each client was a world of its own, with its own identity, tone, and objectives, which required me to be flexible, creative, and constantly learning. I was responsible for translating their messages into visual language, always striving to strike a balance between refined aesthetics and effective communication, so that every post had the power to make people stop scrolling and engage with the content.

In my day-to-day work, my responsibilities centered on managing social media and assisting with content creation, covering both the conceptual and graphic aspects. I was also in charge of developing the technical specifications that supported our product offerings, ensuring that every detail conveyed the value of what we were offering. The project I’m most proud of spearheading was the creation of the corporate brochure. Through it, we not only successfully promoted our products and services in a comprehensive way, but we also helped solidify the brand’s position as a key leader at the state level. In addition, I had the opportunity to serve as a pillar of support within the marketing department, actively collaborating on market research, defining the content calendar, writing copy, and managing campaigns, as well as taking on other operational roles that enriched my strategic vision of the business.
