I've spent close to 5 years in the corporate world, split across two very different roles. I started as a Software Developer for 3 years, where I built a strong foundation in logical thinking, problem-solving, and working with structured data. About 1.5 years ago, I transitioned into Operations at a global IT services company. My day-to-day now involves coordinating with teams over email, running and following up on meetings, building and maintaining Excel sheets for tracking and reporting, writing content for internal events and communications, and managing bench resources — employees waiting to be deployed to projects.
