This was my first time using Fiverr and I found there to be a lack of thoroughness. Many of my citations were overlooked so, I had to go back, find them, and ask for them to be formatted correctly. It was a lot more involved on my part than I expected. However, he was very kind in making the additional alterations quickly. I was thankful for that!

Took him the 24 hours he said he would take. Allowed me to finally understand what this one page manual was saying from a Chinese company and now I can finish my project that has been held off. I would recommend and pay for another job next time around.
