I worked as a 3D Generalist in a web development company where I was responsible for creating 3D visuals and interactive elements for modern websites. My work included developing 3D website components, 3D explainer animations, and also UI/UX designs that were integrated with 3D graphics to create more engaging user experiences. I was also creating various 3D assets such as icons, scenes, product visualizations, and motion elements that were used both on websites and in marketing explainer videos. Besides the technical work, I was often involved in the creative process — generating visual ideas, proposing concepts, and finding the best visual solutions for different projects. As I gained more experience, I also started coordinating small teams of designers and animators, helping to organize the workflow, giving creative direction, and making sure the final result matched the project goals and deadlines. This role allowed me to combine technical 3D skills, design thinking, and creative direction while working on real commercial projects.
