FAQ
Is my data safe?
The MCP server is read only. It cannot modify, delete or write anything in your ERP. All connections use SSL encryption.
Where is the server hosted?
Your choice. I can deploy on your own server or host it on my hardened infrastructure in Germany (Hetzner, GDPR compliant).
Which ERP systems do you support?
Any ERP with a REST API. Tested with Weclapp, Lexoffice, SevDesk, Xentral, Billbee. If your ERP has an API, it works.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. Once set up, you just open Claude and ask questions in plain language. No SQL, no dashboards, no training needed.
What is an MCP server?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the standard that lets Claude access external data sources. The server acts as a secure bridge between Claude and your ERP.
What do I need to get started?
A read only API token from your ERP and a Claude Pro or Team subscription. That's it.
Can Claude also write data back to my ERP?
Not by default. The setup is read only for safety. Write access is possible as a custom project if needed.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes, available as a gig extra. Monthly hosting, monitoring and maintenance included.
