Do I need technical knowledge to use the system you build?
No. I deliver everything working and documented. If it's a web interface, you just open the link and start asking questions. If it's an API, I provide clear instructions for your developer. I also offer a walkthrough call on delivery.
Will my documents and data stay private?
Yes. Your files are processed locally or within your own infrastructure. I do not store, share, or use your documents for any purpose beyond building your system. You own everything — the data, the code, and the vector database.
What if the AI gives a wrong answer?
RAG systems answer only from your documents — they don't guess or make things up like standard ChatGPT. Every answer includes a source citation showing which document and section it came from. If it doesn't find an answer, it says so honestly rather than fabricating one.
Do I need to pay for OpenAI separately?
Yes — the OpenAI API is a separate cost you pay directly to OpenAI. For typical document Q&A usage, this is usually $5–$20/month depending on volume. I can also build with free/open-source models (Ollama, local LLMs) if you prefer zero ongoing API costs — just mention this when ordering.
Can it handle formats other than PDF?
