Full time • 32 yrs 5 mos
Business Operations Manager / Executive Director
Aug 2009 - Mar 2026 • 16 yrs 7 mos
As a board member and operations manager at a scientific instrument trading company, my role went well beyond sales. I took ownership of corporate management, HR, and strategic negotiations with both parent companies and external partners — while also handling everything from candidate interviews to onboarding new team members.
Founder & Professional Music Curator / Import Specialist
Feb 2006 - Dec 2021 • 15 yrs 10 mos
For over 20 years, I ran an independent music label, bringing 25 CD titles(Japanese Edition) from production through to release. Alongside that, I built and operated an import/retail business with a catalog of 1,000+ titles — CDs, vinyl, and merch from suppliers around the world — managing everything from logistics and inventory to international business communication.

First of all, I have to say that Yuki is a very professional and reliable agent. Despite my request being quite last minute, Yuki planned everything carefully and handled the entire order quickly and efficiently. Communication was always clear and friendly, and Yuki kept me updated throughout the process....

Yuki responded to my inquiry quickly and clearly, handled unusual requests with ease, and demonstrated a keen understanding of details and shipping strategy. He also responds and answers related questions clearly and distinctly. This is what you'd expect from a "Japanese approach." Excellent work!

Another successful order with Mr. Yuki. This is now multiple Zippo shipments and he has been consistent every time — careful handling, professional packaging, clear communication, and fully legal shipping. Very trustworthy with special/collectible items that other Japan shoppers won’t touch. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
