Se sei neurodivergente, soffri di disturbo post-traumatico da stress (DPTS) o hai subito abusi narcisistici, potrei essere la persona giusta per te.
Forse la terapia ti ha introdotto, ad esempio, al "lavoro sulle convinzioni fondamentali" o alla "rieducazione genitoriale", ma hai bisogno di più aiuto per iniziare e perseverare.
