My app isn't on Okta's pre-built list — can you still integrate it?
Yes. As long as it supports SAML or OIDC, I can configure it as a custom app. If it only supports username/password, I can set it up as an SWA app.
Do you set up automatic user provisioning?
Yes — if the app supports SCIM, I can configure provisioning and deprovisioning so accounts are created and removed automatically. Add it as an extra or include it in Standard/Premium.
Can you fix an integration someone else set up incorrectly?
Absolutely. Broken SAML responses, redirect errors, and provisioning failures are common requests.
Do you need full admin access?
Ideally a scoped admin role, but I can also work via screen-share or hand you exact configs to apply, depending on your security policy. I will work with your policy and comfort level.
