I had a great experience. Communication was easy, with several thoughtful questions by the illustrator in the design process. I was very satisfied with the final product, and it met my specifications very well. ateliersabell was very prompt in helping resolve some issues that arose because of fiverr regarding file size, as well, which I greatly appreciated.
