Yes. We use RAG with strict guardrails. If the answer isn't in your content, the bot says so and offers a human handoff instead of guessing.
What data can you train it on?
Websites, PDFs, Word and Google Docs, Notion, Google Drive, FAQs, spreadsheets, help centers, and SQL or Supabase databases. You can add more sources later.
Which AI model do you use?
OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude or Google Gemini. We recommend one based on accuracy, speed and cost for your use case. Usage is billed to your own API account.
Can it connect to WhatsApp, my CRM or booking system?
Yes. Standard adds one channel. Premium adds multiple channels and agent actions such as bookings, order lookup and CRM updates.
Is my data private and secure?
Yes. Everything is deployed to your own accounts and keys. Your data is never used to train public models, and we follow least-privilege access.
