As a Director at Atom IP, I’m involved in the day-to-day running and growth of a UK technology company providing web development, telecoms, IT and business technology services. A large part of my role is working directly with businesses to understand what they actually need, then making sure the right solution is delivered properly from start to finish. On the web development side, this includes planning new websites, redesigning outdated sites, improving user experience, structuring content, SEO, mobile optimisation and overseeing ongoing website management. I also work closely with customers across a wide range of industries, which means I understand that a website needs to do more than just look good. It needs to be clear, professional, easy to use and ultimately help generate enquiries or sales. Alongside web development, my experience includes managing technical projects, customer relationships, business systems, communications, IT infrastructure and new service development. Running a technology business has given me a practical understanding of deadlines, communication, problem solving and delivering work that businesses can genuinely rely on. At Atom IP, we work with real companies every day, from small local businesses through to larger organisations, so I bring both technical knowledge and real commercial experience to every project.
