Provide professional legal drafting, contract review, and agreement structuring services for businesses, entrepreneurs, independent contractors, and private clients across multiple industries. Responsible for preparing customized legal documents designed to reduce liability exposure, strengthen contractual protections, and ensure clarity between parties. Key responsibilities include drafting, editing, reviewing, and revising a wide range of legal and business documents, including service agreements, operating agreements, partnership agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), independent contractor agreements, employment contracts, liability waivers, cease and desist letters, consulting agreements, postnuptial agreements, trust-related transfer documents, and client policies. Work directly with clients to identify business risks, contractual concerns, operational goals, and compliance requirements before structuring tailored legal solutions. Review existing contracts for problematic clauses, loopholes, liability concerns, ambiguous language, and enforceability issues while recommending strategic revisions that better protect client interests. Assist clients with estate planning support documentation, including trust transfer coordination, quitclaim deed preparation guidance, and organizational documentation associated with revocable and irrevocable trust structures. Support business owners in developing internal legal frameworks, client onboarding documentation, refund policies, authorization letters, confidentiality provisions, and dispute resolution clauses.
