Ho conseguito la laurea in Information Technology. Sono un Microsoft Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate - Office 365, Microsoft 365 Security Administrator Associate, Certified Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator Associate, Security Operations Analyst e Azure Security Engineer Associate. Oltre alle certificazioni MS, possiedo anche alcune certificazioni da Ribbon.
Ho oltre 7 anni di esperienza nell'aiutare i clienti con implementazioni, migrazioni, manutenzione e gestione delle tecnologie Microsoft.
Un riassunto delle attività che rientrano in questa Gig sarebbe:
- Raccogliere i requisiti per il compito da svolgere.
- Potrebbe essere fornito l'accesso al tenant di Office 365 o si può procedere con una sessione di supporto remoto collaborativo, a seconda delle esigenze del cliente.
- Lavora sugli ambienti MS Teams, sia per configurare i Teams da zero, sia per mantenerli come attività continuativa o risolvere problemi, ad esempio configurando un Direct Routing, impostando la composizione estesa per utenti interni, ecc.
