Which countries can you price?
Australia natively. For other countries I use your local rates or supplier quotes if you provide them.
What drawings do you need?
Architectural PDFs at minimum. Structural and services drawings plus specs make the estimate tighter.
Is this a fixed quote from a builder?
No. It's an independent estimate to budget or tender against, not a contract price.
Can you match my trade breakdown?
Yes. Send your template or trade list and I'll price into it.
