Do I need an existing account before we start?
Yes, you'll need an active subscription to the platform (CaterZen, Tripleseat, Caterease, FoodStorm, Curate, Total Party Planner, or HubSpot). I handle setup inside your existing account.
Can you build out my menus and pricing packages?
Yes. I structure your menu items, packages, and pricing tiers directly inside CaterZen, Curate, Tripleseat, FoodStorm, Total Party Planner, or Caterease so proposals generate accurately.
Can you migrate data from spreadsheets or another system?
Yes, this is included in the Premium package. I migrate client records, event history, and menu data from spreadsheets or a previous system into your new platform.
Do you have experience with weddings and large private events?
Yes. I've set up event booking calendars and staffing structures in Tripleseat, Caterease, and Total Party Planner specifically for weddings, corporate events, and large private bookings.
What happens after delivery if something needs adjusting?
Each package includes revisions (1 for Basic, 2 for Standard, 3 for Premium). Premium also includes staff training notes so your team can run the system confidently going forward.
