Why need to contact before placing the order?
It's always better to discuss the problem first because sometimes happens that the client orders the wrong package or a bug is not fixable. So it's better for both of us to discuss this before placing an order.
What information I need to get started?
After you place the order make sure to provide me complete details of the bug or issue. If it's happening on certain actions then provide me details about replicating the problem. Other than that I'll need access to your WP dashboard, Hosting, or FTP depending on the package and issue.
Will your provide support once the order is completed?
Yes, I do provide free support for 1 month for the work that I have done.
