What do you need from me before you begin?
Please provide your logo, brand colors, page content, images, business information, social links, contact details, desired features, and examples of websites you like. I will also need access to your WordPress, domain, and hosting accounts when applicable.
Do I need to have a domain and hosting already?
No. I can help you identify what you need and connect your domain and hosting during the project. Domain registration, hosting plans, premium software, and recurring subscription fees are not included unless specifically stated in your custom offer.
Will my website work on phones and tablets?
Yes. Every package includes responsive design. Your website will be tested across common desktop, tablet, and mobile screen sizes before delivery.
Will I be able to update the website myself?
Yes. Your website will be built in WordPress so you can update text, images, blog posts, products, and other editable content. Standard and Premium packages also include a recorded website-management walkthrough.
Do you write the website content?
Content upload is included when you provide the final text and images. Complete website copywriting is not included, but it can be purchased as an Extra. I can help organize supplied content so it works effectively within the website layou
Is search engine optimization included?
Every package includes basic on-page SEO setup, such as page titles, search descriptions, heading structure, image alt text, and mobile-friendly formatting. This does not include ongoing SEO campaigns, backlinks, guaranteed rankings, or monthly keyword management.
Can you build an online store or ordering website?
Yes. Ecommerce functionality is included in the Premium package, including a shopping cart, checkout, one payment integration, and up to 10 products. Additional products and advanced ordering features can be added through Extras or a custom offer.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a reasonable change to the approved design, text placement, colors, images, or page layout within the original project scope. A new design direction, additional pages, new functionality, or work requested after approval may require an Extra or custom offer.
Can you connect forms calendars email or a CRM?
Yes. Lead forms, email opt-ins, booking calendars, autoresponders, and supported CRM tools can be connected depending on your package and platform. Advanced automations, custom dashboards, and complete business-management systems require a separate custom offer or CRM Gig.
What support is included after the website launches?
Basic includes 7 days, Standard includes 14 days, and Premium includes 30 days of post-launch support for defects in the delivered work. New pages, content changes, additional features, software conflicts, and ongoing maintenance are separate services.
