We need your architectural drawings (PDF or DWG) showing floor plans, elevations, and sections. Additional useful information includes your building location, construction type, occupancy type, and any MEP specifications or equipment schedules. The more detail you share, the more accurate model
Is your energy modeling report accepted for LEED certification?
Yes. Our energy models are prepared in accordance with ASHRAE 90.1 and LEED v4 / v4.1 protocols, using EnergyPlus-based simulation engines (eQUEST or DesignBuilder). The report format follows LEED EAc1 (Optimize Energy Performance) documentation requirements and is suitable for submission
