Do I need a server?
ViciDial, and Issabel require a Linux VPS or dedicated server. For small setups, 2 CPU cores and 4GB RAM works fine. For high-volume auto dialer campaigns, 8GB RAM and SSD storage is recommended. Message me with your expected call volume and I will recommend the right specs before you order.
Which SIP trunk should I use — Twilio or Telnyx?
Twilio is easier to set up with better documentation, making it ideal for most businesses. Telnyx is more cost-effective at high volume and gives greater control over SIP settings. I work with both and will configure whichever you choose or help you decide based on your budget and call volume.
Can you troubleshoot an existing PBX?
Yes. I can repair SIP registration issues, one-way audio, IVR routing problems, dial plan errors, firewall issues, and AI integration failures.
I don't know PBX can I manage it after delivery?

Yes. I wire your PBX dial plan directly into Vapi AI or Retell AI. Inbound calls are answered by the AI agent automatically. Outbound campaigns dial from your auto dialer and hand off to the AI agent the moment someone picks up. Call data is then pushed to your CRM automatically via webhook or n8n.
What if something breaks after delivery?
PBX Core Setup includes 7 days of post-delivery support. PBX Dialer Pro includes 10 days. Call Center Engine includes 14 days. Configuration issues within the support window are fixed at no charge. Server crashes caused by your hosting provider are outside scope but I will help you diagnose them.
How fast can you have the system running?
PBX Core Setup is ready in 3 days. PBX Dialer Pro in 5 days. Call Center Engine in 8 days. All timelines start once you share server SSH access, SIP credentials, and routing requirements. Rush delivery on smaller packages may be possible. message me before ordering.
