I motivi più importanti del rifiuto includono questioni tecniche, come la mancanza di una panoramica generale, la scarsa qualità della rivista selezionata e il secondo posto nelle regole della rivista.

The work was not as expected, as I had to make several edits myself. Communication was quite slow, and replies often came late. The project was also delayed, and I didn’t receive updates during the working period. I appreciate the effort, but overall the experience could be improved.

I had an unformatted journal and had to reformat it for submission, guided by her through the journal requirements (Chicago 17th ed., British English spelling), and then sent her my unformatted manuscript. She delivered as expected and was fast with her work too. I definitely recommend her
