I assist you in Reverse engineering of various components (like automobile components, plastic materials, casting components, Machined components, sculptures / Idols, etc.) across industries.
Our services also include reverse engineering of a complete mechanical system like a complete vehicle or a specific unit of the vehicle, like the chassis of the vehicle, the body of an aircraft, complete CNC machines, etc. The services are customer-oriented, and the outputs can be customized to your needs, not just sticking to the inputs. The designs can be derived from the 3D scanned data with other physical measurements as optional. The attached thumbnail images give an overview of our deliverables.
Along with the reverse engineering (3D Scan data to CAD model conversion), we can also service you by delivering the 2D Drawings for reverse engineered models as required.
The output deliverables are STEP, IGES, XT, XB, and other CAD models as required.

Yes, definitely, I do reverse engineering from images! You can provide me with anything as a reference, and I'll do it from scratch.
What do I need to provide from me to start the project?
I need photos or sketches from multiple angles with reference dimensions, 3D scan files (STL/OBJ). Please include a brief description of what the part is, how it's used, what changes you need, what your goals are with it, and what you are expecting as a delivery from me.
Can you reverse engineer a part from just photos?
Yes, for basic shapes. I need clear, straight-on photos and key reference dimensions. For complex or precision parts, a 3D scan or a physical part is best.
What file formats will I receive?
Can be in any format you need. Feel free to ask if you don't see it in the gig description.
Do you also do video or stills of the character?
Yes! I can also render your animation in a video or stills with a transparent background.
Can you modify or improve the original design?
Absolutely! In fact, this is the part I love doing the most. I can optimize the design by fixing original flaws, changing dimensions, adding logos, or adjusting the geometry to suit various manufacturing methods.
What is your revision policy?
Revisions cover adjustments within the original project scope (e.g., tweaking a dimension). Changing the design direction or adding new requirements mid-project will require a custom quote and add-on pricing.
